Exhaust pipe

Got this pipe from guy who races an Aermacchi, he bent it himself but wasn't too satisfied with it. |

this is the stock pipe, well half of it which doesn't look too good. |

it's a 1 in 2 pipe from the factory but probably to save on new mufflers the previous owner cut the left pipe off ..aaaghhh |

As you can see in the first picture the pipe came without a mounting flange.. here the bike is in the workshop. |

I don't have the right tools nor can I weld things so have to relay on the
master, here in the picture pre fitting.

This is the end result after the flange was made and welded to the pipe, not bad . |

the mounting bolts are different positioned as on a Ala D' Oro engine so we had to add a inch long tube for clearance. |

the pipe turned "golden" after a few rides, it's stainless steel maybe that's the reason or the engine is runnin' lean, have to check that. |
